Canada Day 🇨🇦
On July 1st, the City of Edmundston’s Recreations and Sports department, in collaboration with many local partners, are offering a fun and diversified program in every corner of the City!
The launch of the festivities will take place at City Hall Square at 11 am, followed by a live performance by Alexandre Landry & Cédric Thériault. These two musicians, originally from the Madawaska region, will offer two shows, one at 11 am and the other at 1:15 pm. Places are limited so please book your free tickets at the Arts Centre: 739-2127.
Gourmandise Épique cupcakes will be offered in limited quantity at 11 am!
Please note that in case of rain, the activity will take place at the Arts Centre.
From 11 am to 2:30 pm, an intergenerational day will take place at Mgr-Eymard-Desjardins Park.
A petanque tournament is scheduled. Please register before Monday June 28th at 739-2122. Note that you will need to bring your equipment.
For the kids, there will be inflatable games and a DJ on site, rain or shine.

You are invited to a family picnic at the Parc du Berceau parking lot from 11 am to 2:30 pm. Prepare your picnic basket and come join us! A DJ will liven up the site and Mr. Freeze frozen treats will be offered!
Please note that in case of rain, the activity will take place at Centre Maillet.
The New Brunswick Botanical Garden will open its doors for free for everyone from 11 am to 2:30 pm.
Come and admire nature with your family, enjoy “live” music and take part in the treasure hunt!
Krazy PopKorn will give out popcorn treats!
