De la Republique Provincial Park

République Provincial Park is a recreational site located on the Madawaska River, just off Exit 8 of the Trans-Canada Highway. In this 44-hectare park, choose from more than 150 wooded campsites, 100 of which are electric, or spend the night in one of our rustic shelters or ch-A-lets.

Once there, take advantage of the park's facilities: hiking trails, bike path, supervised swimming pool, volleyball courts, tennis courts, pickelball, basketball, a boat launch with a rental service of kayaks, canoes, water bikes and paddle boards, bicycles and electric bicycles.  The park includes numerous picnic areas, group picnic shelters, an indoor activity playroom, a laundry room, a shop/boutique and an electric vehicle charging station.

In addition to all these amenities, the park now features the Miniputt La Turbine, a new attraction that adds an extra touch of fun for the whole family.

Recharge your batteries with the scent of the flowers that adorn the beautiful New Brunswick Botanical Garden adjacent to the park, a true oasis of peace that extends over 8 hectares.
