Érablière et Ferme Soucy & Fils (sugar bush & farm)
A traditional craft farm established more than 225 years ago, Ferme Soucy & Fils stands out by the quality of its products, which is a result of the passion that drives the Soucy family. Herds of free-fledged sheep in the pastures of St-Basile provide a unique and popular lamb meat, which can be purchased on site upon reservation.
Ferme Soucy & Fils also stands out for its particularly dark and tasty maple syrup. The maple product line includes syrup, butter, taffy, old-fashioned sugar bricks, caramel and cones. Everything is transformed in a traditional way, faithful to the family practices. Products are available on site, in season, at the sugar bush located on Chemin des Lavoie.
